Le Centre de Formation de l’Étoile Sportive du Sahel, fondé en 2005, est un pilier de l’excellence sportive. Il dispose d’un centre d’hébergement pour jeunes talents, de huit terrains ultramodernes et d’un hôtel dédié aux stages de l’équipe première, ouvert à d’autres équipes. Situé dans un complexe sportif comprenant le stade olympique de Sousse, une salle omnisports et une piscine olympique, il forme les stars de demain grâce à un programme ambitieux.
